We launched the Directorship Insights service in response to:
- Numerous requests from senior diverse professionals in our network, expressing a desire to sit on boards
- Many conversations with corporations who are focused on driving diversity “from the top”.
Directorship Insights enables senior professionals who have an interest in being considered for board seats to access relevant information that will educate them regarding the intricacies and challenges of serving on a board.
The service also demonstrates to clients that there is a broad population of talented diverse professionals that populate the senior levels of corporations, who have the necessary skills, integrity, experience and understanding of corporate governance to be effective board members.
Directorship Insights is not simply about “profile matching”, it is about education and access – we continually drive new content to the website, including exclusive studies, links and resources.
The service already has 200+ registered members who are either potential board directors, or sit on a Nominating Committee….and sometimes both.
One thing that unites them all is that they are diverse, senior-level executives, who have the leadership talent, experience, qualifications and desire to help guide organizations of all types and sizes.
